Childbirth Education

We are excited OFFER A fun and informative class.

This is an excellent option for those who thrive with in-person interaction and hands-on learning. Whether this is your first baby or fifth, there is always something to learn about this fantastic journey you are embarking on.

What’s Included:

- 5 hours of education from pregnancy through birth and early postpartum.

- We will cover preparations for labor, phases of labor, comfort measures, discussing interventions, labor and birth positions, items you may need for birth, basic breastfeeding and what to expect for immediate postpartum.

- You will receive a training manual to study in your own time.

Light refreshments provided
