Green Smoothie Recipe

First you will need:

  • 1 Ripe frozen banana ( I let mine ripen and freeze them peeled in a quart bag for easy access)

  • A hand full of fresh baby spinach or spinach/kale mix

  • a cup of almond milk ( you choose the variety)

  • a dime sized piece of fresh ginger(my secret ingredient-well not anymore!)

Simply put all ingredients into a blender for about 30 seconds and watch all that green goodness converge into a creamy and dreamy delight.
