Welcome to Aussie Doula. Congratulations on finding us! We hope to be able to support you with all the questions you may have, whether you are a first-time overwhelmed pregnant family, or parents of multiple children looking for more support with your next baby.

Many of you are overwhelmed but excited, by the prospect of meeting your little one, and we are here to lighten the load, with real-time emotional, physical and educational support. Helen likes to say ‘‘a doula is an anxiety vacuum’’ and we want to help you clean! Maybe you are a first-time parent and you “don’t know what you don’t know”.

You could be a mom wanting a vaginal birth after a Caesarean, or someone relocating and wanting to find a community to be part of. We got you!

From childbirth education, birth doula support, postpartum support, placenta encapsulation, and more.


 

Many of our families come directly from your care providers and so we have developed a wonderful relationship with the many OBGYN and midwifery practices here in Charlotte. This allows our families to know that their team is familiar with each other and thus, the mood in the birth room and beyond is very much on Team YOU. We want you to have the best experience you can have before, during, and after your babies are born!
